The details models hand to a studio go wherever is convenient: an inbox, a spreadsheet, a folder. EqualFrame is where they are held instead, and it was built so they are held properly.
Onboard through the API
Your site keeps its application form. Each submission is written to EqualFrame through the studio API, with the consent notice the applicant saw and the receipt that proves they saw it.
Data protection built in
Consent is receipted. Retention is set per field and enforced. Erasure requests cascade through everything we hold, including stored images. Every access to personal data is logged.
Your models claim their records
Each person you onboard is invited to claim the record you created, complete it at their own pace, and share it by link. Their record is theirs; your access lasts as long as the record you created, and a model can ask us to end it.
Read it back
A read API returns your roster with signed images and a privacy snapshot, so your own tools stay current without a second copy of the data.

EqualFrame was built for and first used by Cesare House, a studio operated by the same company. The onboarding, consent and claim flows carry its roster today. The next studios are onboarded by hand, with us.
