How verification works.
You apply, you build a record, and you verify before you work with anyone. Verification is the standard for entry, stated as plain fact, never as a warning.

Apply and confirm
Leave your name and email at the close of any page. We send a confirmation link; confirm it and your place is held. We write to the address you confirm if your cohort opens. There is nothing to pay to apply.

Build your record
If your cohort opens, you create your account, write your record and add your work. The record shows what you choose: city and country, disciplines, measurements if you want them, your photographs. Anyone with the link can see it. Nobody can search for you or browse a list.

Verify before you work with anyone
Two checks. Age assurance, through a specialist provider, will open age-restricted work and holds nothing but the result. Identity verification, with government ID, is the standard members meet before they work with one another; it opens with the cohort that needs it. In both cases EqualFrame keeps the result of the check. The documents are never shown to another member or a studio.
Equal terms
Models and creators meet on the same terms. What a job covers is agreed before it happens and recorded, not left to a message thread. Written scope and held payment are on the roadmap; the record and the verified standard come first.

- What does EqualFrame verify?
- Age, through a specialist age-assurance provider, before age-restricted work can be seen or posted. Identity, with government ID through a secure third party, before members work with one another. Identity verification opens with the cohort that needs it.
- Does EqualFrame keep my ID documents?
- The checks are run by a specialist provider. EqualFrame keeps the result and the minimum it needs to stand behind it. What proves who you are is used for that purpose alone and is never shown to another member or a studio.
- Who can see my record?
- Anyone with the link sees the public face you chose to show. Nobody can search for you, browse a list, or see the sealed part of your record.
- Is EqualFrame an agency?
- No. EqualFrame is a register. It does not represent you, take a commission on your work, or put you forward for jobs. Agencies and studios can hold a roster on it.
- Is it free?
- Applying costs nothing. Pricing for the register is not yet decided; the first cohort will hear before anything is charged.
- Where is my data stored?
- On infrastructure in the UK and the EU, in London and Frankfurt, encrypted in transit and at rest. It is never sold or handed to advertisers.
- Can I be found by search engines?
- Not while the register is closed. Records are shared by link only and are not listed anywhere.
- Can I apply from outside the UK and the EU?
- Yes. The register is built for the UK and the EU first. We tell you what we can offer where you are if your cohort opens.
