A record on EqualFrame is a documented account of who you are and the work you have done: your photographs, your disciplines, the facts a booker needs. Anyone with the link can see the public face. Nobody can search for you, browse a list, or rank you against anyone else.

Leave your name and email. Confirm from your inbox. Your place is held.

If your cohort opens, you create your account, write your record and add your work. You choose what the public face shows.
- 03Verify before you work with anyone
Age assurance will open age-restricted work. Identity verification is the standard members meet before they work with one another. We keep the result of the check; the documents are never shown to anyone on the register.
Work with people who are on the record.
Photographers, directors, brands and agencies. Today: your own record and portfolio. Next: credits that name who shot, styled and directed each frame, and bookings made against a verified record with scope agreed in writing. Later: payment held until the agreed terms are met.
Bring a roster you already hold.
Studios and agencies onboard the people they represent through the studio API, keep their own site, and let each person claim and complete their record at their own pace. Consent is receipted, retention is enforced and erasure is honoured. Built for and first used by Cesare House, a studio operated by the same company as EqualFrame. The next studios are onboarded by hand, with us.
